Eat Defeat

 Tony Skank is amazing, that's all you need to know. Well actually there is alot more to it really.Not many Manc's live in Liverpool. They're a rare breed scouse-mancs, or Skanks as they're commonly known. Tony Skank grew up in Manchester where most of his family still live, but back in '94 he moved (kicking and screaming) to the scouse sides. Since then he has lived all over Liverpool and developed as one of the city's up and coming MC's. After honing his skills in DnB and hip-hop he joined the PUNNING CLAN - a phat Liverpool based collective with MC's from all over. After making a name for themselves supporting the likes of hip-hop legends Souls of Mischief they are about to drop thier first album - watch this space... You can also catch Tony Skank MC'in on a DnB tip usually with his mate MC SAS with whom he has MC'd for some of the biggest DJ's on the scene. With a shortage of actual output over the past couple of years down to the usual drama it's about time TS dropped some product and with several projects in the pipeline (including PUNNING CLAN ALBUM and 'ENDTIMES E.P.' with LOUIS CYPHER feat. CAPPO and BIRDIE MAC) it looks like the time is now... Tony provides freestyles on 'eat defeat 2 (the freestyles' and also two verses on the 'Eat Defeat' album on the posse cut 'rewriting the rulebook' and the excellent 'Stuperstars' showing them how it should be done.
